"We stayed at the hotel 11 to 17 of april 2026. The hotel, lobby, rooms and the terraces are well maintained and very nice and cozy. The breakfast and the buffet in the evening were very good, with continental breakfast with lots of options and local delicacies and different theme every evening like Spanish, Italian, Canarian, American and Asian cuisine and a seafood night👌✨. Was so perfect that we didn't go out much on the evenings😃 The swimming pool and a bubble pool are warmed and very nice...

"Very limited hotel parking, 1 handicap spot. Found a space on the road, up the hill, 2 blocks away in front of a church. This is a hotel for training hotel staff. Everyone friendly and tried to be helpful but some mistakes happen and language issues (English). Pool has been removed. Other than dining in hotel only one other restaurant within walking distance. Overall very acceptable spot. "

"I had never heard of this brand/group before but decided to stay with them as they had so many properties on Gran Canaria. The hotel was fantastic, like staying in a small town rather than just one building. The staff were some of the best I’ve come across and the breakfast buffet was top notch. I’ll definitely stay with this group again in the future. The area is 10 mins taxi from playa del ingles and there is a bus stop nearby that connects you to the airport."

"Have stayed there twice before but this time the room was situated in a very bad block of the hotel. No sun no view massive tree in front of the window. Could not change as it was full so they said. We requested the area we would have like to stay they said they never received it !! Really twice! Very disappointed considering we were there twice before."

"Personnel serviable. Restaurant abondant et varié : Grillades, pizzas, légumes, pâtes ou plats cuisinés. Le buffet des desserts est plutôt simple et répond davantage à des amateurs de pâtisseries de moyenne qualité. Une machine à crème glacée avec différents nappage et des fruits. Même si l'hôtel est ancien, il est propre et bien maintenu. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est agréable mais on retrouve comme partout des gens irrespectueux qui "réservent" leur transat sans...
