It took over 3 hours to checkin. They said the room wasn't ready due to typhoon.

The Tsubaki Tower
今回は超大型台風は直撃し、ラウンジが使えず、緊急に1階でのサービス対応となりましたが、食事や飲み物については最大限努力していただいて感謝しております。 ただ2日延泊となりホテルから出られず、缶詰状態となってしまいました。ルームクリーニングは一生懸命やっていただいたと思います。 ただ、残念でしたのは全くバルコニーが使えず、部屋の中にソファーが運び込まれたため、非常に狭い状態でした。 多くの点で通常の場合、よりもサービスは落ちてるので、スタッフからのお詫びの声かけがなかったのも残念でした。 またスポーツジム設備が日航ホテルと共用のため外にあり全く使えず残念でした 。 ...

Dusit Beach Resort Guam
The amenities was great! We enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. However, we kept hearing the elevator go up and down from our room and also it was difficult to drain the water in the tub.
