"Post storm staff failed to inform a.c wasn't working well, room was warm and smelled of mold. Room is dated and needs an upgrade as well as the bathroom. Additionally the towels and bath robes aren't soft at all. The Fitness center has old equipment and most weren't working well. The weights were dirty and there were no available paper towels or disinfectant to clean equipment before and after use. Staff were nice unfortunately it doesn't compensate for the property needing improvements. "

"It was quiet and restful. The Island is in recovery mode from the super typhoon. It was a great place to rest for a night."

"We got a room here soon after super typhoon Sinlaku passed. We checked several resorts and the Hyatt was the only one we found who could accept new guests at the time. They seemed to do the best job at preparing for the storm and recovering quickly. We were so appreciative to be able to escape there to have power, water and laundry again. Thank you again!"

"The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rooms and the beds were comfortable and neat. Air conditioning was very cold but comfortable, we loved it. We stayed here with my family during the typhoon and everything went well. Heavy rain with a little rain water sifted through the sliding doors but that was understandable. Hotel staff prepared us by providing a lot of towels. They were very accommodating. We had such a nice comfortable stay and tried to extend longer but they were fully booked, we checked out for a day and came back the following day for a few more day stay since we didn’t have electricity at home right after the strong typhoon . The Generator stayed running through the whole time we were here."

"It took over 3 hours to checkin. They said the room wasn't ready due to typhoon. "

"I know that the facility is old. Given leeway for that, the facility needs a major overhaul with window repair and air conditioning issues. All of my curtains were soak due to leaky windows. The electricity went off, only for a thirty second duration, but the air conditioner went off with it. I didn't notice the air condition until it got really humid inside of the room. Other than those inconveniences, I can't really complain."

"Wonderful building right on the beach. Excellent view. Room had really nice separate shower and tub. Definitely one of the better hotels in Guam."
