My room was spotless, like walk barefoot and still have clean feet spotless. The room was quiet, the shower had great pressure and lots of hot water. I did not use any of the amenities, so I can't comment on those. The one downside is the kiosk at check in. I prefer a person at the front desk. However, I would stay here again. Huge kudos to the housekeeping staff! I am a single female traveler, and I felt very safe here.

The night auditor Nick was very helpful. We were tired and exhausted after 6 hr drive. He checked us in quickly and gave us a late check out too sine we were Wyndham rewards members

This hotel needs a major upgrade. The doors and fixtures had rust on them. There were also two live roaches in my room. The staff was friendly but major renovations are needed.

The complimentary breakfast was horrible they didn't have enough to feed the guest. I stayed three nights, All 3 days they were out of cereal , juice and yogurt. I've stayed at other properties and it was clean and updated and great customerservice. But the brandon west location gave a motel vibe instead of a hotel and I didn't like it at ALL.
