Really enjoyed our stay. We came down just for the weekend for the steeler game. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. They had a bus for the game and back for a small fee. Check in and out was easy and all of the staff was friendly. They have a great bar and restaurant on site. 100% I would stay again.

Staff was helpful, room was clean. We only stayed for 1 night so we did not use any of the amenities available. The only downside is that you have to pay for onsite parking. IMO parking should be included if you are staying at the hotel.

Clean room, near everything for food or convenience stores. Shuttle to the airport and mall was a huge plus for our trip. Even the coordination of transportation for nearby concert (at a price) was very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was very helpful on planning the day’s events. Room was clean area felt safe. Hotel cab service very accessible and accommodating ,they took you wherever needed to go in the area plus made great subjections of places to eat. I enjoyed my stay.

This is an older property that has been renovated. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Hot and humid weather is typical in Tampa. The AC did not disappoint. It kept the room very cool. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The parking fee was reasonable, but the lot is small. Extra parking is in a parking deck next to the surface lot. Great location for attending events at the stadiums. The full restaurant and bar is a nice perk. We felt safe and had a good stay.

Once entering the hotel, we were greeting a bit harshly by staff. As a customer service agent myself, I did not take it personal but that does not excuse it. After that, the experience was tranquil and we enjoyed our stay. We did not get to catch breakfast, but the flyer they provide for other food spots nearby was very helpful. Parking was also excellent, we were able to park in the parking garage. I would absolutely stay again here if I return to Tampa!!!

All of the staff that were men were very personal and polite. They were very informative. The room was one of the nicest and cleanest ever. The shuttle was a huge plus. The breakfast was good but a bit pricey. It was one of the best stays ever

I have stayed in various Holiday Inns and this one was very nice, clen and comfortable with friendly helpful staff. The rooms are big wiith all you could ask for and well maintained. It is cnetrally located for Tampa airport and Tampa. My only gripe is the $16 car parking charge and extra charge for breakfast if required when most holiday Inns are free for both, also the little shop is a bit pricey ( a perk of not having to go out I guess but $4 for a chocolate bar is a bit harsh. That said staff could not do enough for you and for an overnight stay before an airport run it is ideally situated but just remember the extra charges .
