The pool and gym are nice conveniences and the water view is the selling point, but I expected a much cleaner and more modern room. It’s especially upsetting to me a hotel like this charges for parking in the garage. It’s a huge empty parking garage across from the lobby. Booking a room should mean free parking. Tired of these hotels manipulating price this way.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. This place is always clean and the staff is always accommodating. The only issue I have ever had is with the pay for parking. My room key wouldn’t let me out the gate and I had to call for help which was resolved quickly.
