I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff.

"I saw someone share photos of this Onsen on instagram and had to see if they had rooms available. I’m so glad I did! "Amazing"

"The hotel is stunning, so beautiful. Staff are great. But they can’t speak english. Ps. I was lucky there was intern who can speak English during my stay except for her others can’t speak english"

"The staff was incredibly nice and the incl. buffet breakfast and omakase dinner was excellent. The in room private onsen was very nice with views of Mt. Fuji. The nightly drum show was a nice touch. 10/10 recommend!"

"Hade a nice stay."

"Hotel was clean but we were told it was a love hotel that also offered rooms by the hour. Found things in room we weren’t used to and although it was a clean room we felt we should have been told ahead of time."

"This hotel provides a great location which is located near a shopping mall and a restaurant."
