Smoke smell, horrible service, Not even a one star

1. Service is horrible. Very Rude front desk. When i told them the phone in our room does not work, they don't replace it until we were almost checked out of the hotel (our last day). 2. When I arrived to checked in, i need to pay for the whole stay. Usually you pay when you checked out, in this hotel, you need to pay when you checked in. 3. The rooms and the hotel has heavy cigarette smells. We were shown multiple rooms, and every single rooms has heavy cigarette smells, even though the hotel has a non-smoking policy for the whole hotels. 4. Room is dirty and carpet smells filthy. i have dust mites allergy. As soon as I entered the room, I cannot breath. 5. TV in our room does not work 6. Breakfast is so so. The food are not hot. Choices are very limited. 7. When I tried to borrow the wheelchair for my mom, they told us the wheelchair is only to be used inside the hotel and requires a 2000 NT deposit, and not to be taken outside. I have stayed in many other hotels, and they allow us to borrow wheelchair to be used outside of the hotel and without any deposits. Overall, it was a horrible stay and will not recommend to anyone. I won't ever go back to this hotel. I would rate this hotel a minus 5.

とても快適に過ごせ大満足しました。 駅までは少し距離はありますが、コンビニ、地元の人の集う屋台などが続いており、治安は悪くありません。 一番良かったことは、フロントがみなさんとても親切でした。 目の前にバス停があり、207、306に乗って『○○○』で降りると、希望地に到着できると地元情報を教えてくれました。(タクシー高いからバスバス！と親身になってくれます笑) 部屋の質、交通の便も非常に良いので、また選んでここに宿泊したいホテルです。

日本人におススメです！

フロントには基本的に誰かしら日本語が話せる人がおり、中国語や英語が苦手な方でも安心です。部屋の施設案内冊子も日本語あり。部屋も広く清潔でした。 また、事前に見た当サイトのには詳しく載っていませんでしたが、歯ブラシ・櫛・ドライヤー・タオル・バスタオルといった基本的なアメニティは揃っていました。 なおシャンプー・ボディーソープは兼用のタイプ、パジャマ類はありませんでした。 また、台湾なので暖房はなく、冷房か空調OFFの二択でした。 コンビニや食事処も近くに多くあり便利でした。 また機会があれば利用したいです。

台北アリーナで開催されたMr.Childrenのライブに参加するために予約しました。 会場からすごく近くて便利でした。 部屋も広く、上の方だったので窓から台北101が見えました。 チェックインの際も、日本語のできる方に対応していただいてとても安心でした。 また、チェックアウト後も観光のために快く荷物を預かって貰えました。 私だけかも知れませんが、朝食会場が壁の向こうで分かりにくくて、間違えて業務用のエレベーターに乗ってしまいました。
