Room was very clean. The temp control was broken, so it was a little cold. There was a bit of construction one day, so it woke us up. Dining area was a bit musty and had a weird smell. Overall, though, for what we paid and the room we stayed in, excellent value.

Room is smaller than the picture and you hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors on both sides. This is a very dated hotel and should meant for a quick one night stay only. Props to housekeeping, the lady did a decent job organizing the room. The girl at the front desk (morning staff) has a major attitude towards customers, it’s like she hated her job and her life. Night time staff is much friendlier. The closest station is NTU hospital and not Taipei main station, although it’s just a 10 minutes walk away

There was a fly problem with the bathroom sink. So if you left the faucet drain open, there was an instant infestation. I tried keeping it closed but the cleaning lady kept coming in (even when I had the do not disturb sign up…), left the drain open, and a ton of flies would come out.
One of the flies landed on my skin care. I wish I had gotten a picture of the bulk of them coming out and sitting all over the sink.

Near NTU hospital station and within walking distance to ximengding Everything was good except that the walls are pretty thin, i could hear the next door neighbours talking very clearly.

The room space that without window was rather small for comfort and movement sustainability of long stays especially for my wife with knee cap problem. Pillow cases and bed sheet were not replaced thru out the five days stay. Staff replied not able to refund for the remaining two days that I did not stay as I switched hotel to the Grand Hilai Hotel

I booked a room with in-room safe. After I checked in I found out there is no safe in the room. I came to the front desk and the receptionist told me that the room type that I booked doesn't come with safe. Then I showed the detail of my booking that clearly shows in-room safe. Then they changed the story blaming Expedia giving wrong information. When I asked to switch a room with safe, the one looks like on-duty manager told me they are fully booked. It does not look true to me from my observation. I also tried to book the same hotel and it showed rooms available. There was one drunken guy next door making noise even pass 2 am. The wall is not sound proof.and there was nothing been done about this guy although the staffs are aware. I have been staying in different hotels the same area several times and this time B7 gave me the worst experience. .

22時チェックインになっていたので荷物だけ預けに行くと、15時からチェックインできるとスタッフが教えてくれました。 スタッフは中国語か英語だけですが、中学レベルで大丈夫。 口コミ通り廊下には部屋の声が聞こえます(笑) 家族4人で3泊しましたが、毎日タオルの交換とペットボトルの水、ゴミ捨てはやってくれました。 どこの駅からも歩いて5分ぐらいなので動きやすいです。 アメニティはないので歯ブラシ持参は必要。 シャワーだけですが、しっかり水圧もあります。 私達は寝るだけなので充分でした。 あっ。テレビのリモコンの動きが悪くてイライラしたなぁ(笑) 初めての台湾旅行だったら、日本人スタッフのいる違うホテルをお勧めします。
