NICE

The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and had everything I needed for my one day trip to Shilin District. It is located in a quiet area and it has some places nearby to grab a bite.

立地は遠いけど良かったです。

観光地からは少し離れた、きれいな住宅街。最寄りの駅までタクシーかバスでしたが、料金も安いので負担感なくタクシーを多用しました。帰って楽だったし、中心地への時間も大してかかりません。スタッフは皆若く、要望は一生懸命聞いてくれました。ミニバーに水のペットボトル、ファンタ、コーラが毎日補充され、無料でした。

The customer service was great. The breakfast and Tea was wonderful. We stayed for 8 nights and the room was so very small and did not have any place to put our clothes. There were 4 hangers. There were little cubbies which we put some clothes but it was so small. Also there was a large pillar in the middle of the room 2ft X2frt. The bed was up against the wall so it was hard to get out. Other than that it was a nice hotel in a great area. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. There was also a washer and dryer on the sixth floor which came in very handle. Short stay would be great.

This is a perfectly acceptable 3 star hotel that is modern, clean with a reasonable breakfast choice and helpful front desk staff that speak English. Rooms are relatively small, but typical of this type of business hotel. There is complimentary coffee/tea and kettle in room plus some free snacks and soft drinks. The hotel is in the Tianmu district of Taipei and suitable for those who know the area, but while 14km to Taipei centre is not suitable for people who mainly want to be in the downtown area. Tianmu is full of expats and near to hot springs and mountain walking country.

會一直投宿的商旅

專程為了萬聖節投宿昰美商旅，當然因為在天母所以徹底享受了節慶的喜悅。 早餐很棒！也是我投宿的另一個主因，而且在非常多的小地方都尊重每個旅客，例如早餐不需要餐券、平時供應飲料點心、經過櫃台會問好﹝刻意站起來倒是不需要﹞等，感覺很舒服。 周遭的人文環境太強了。

Favorite hotel in tianmu

Friendly front desk staff, good breakfast buffet (included w/ your stay), free snacks and drinks (soda and water) in the room. Room is on the smaller side but clean and comfortable. Love the shower (great water pressure and the shower setup has water jets for your back).

Such a nice hotel for the cost

Love this hotel and will definitely stay there again. Room: Nicely designed and maintained. The room has everything a traveler needs and everything functioned perfectly. Lobby staff: Very polite, capable and efficient. Breakfast bar: This hotel has one of the nicest free/included breakfast I have found so far. I usually do not eat the included breakfast at the hotels but with this hotel I ate there twice and happy both times. Give this hotel a try and you most likely will love it and return again and again. I know I did and will be back again.
