"Good location"

"There’s a really useful laundry service (the staff will wash and dry the cloth for you), and room tidying every day."

"The hotel is in a brilliant location, just 10 minutes from Taipei Main Station. Despite being in the city centre, it was quiet at night. The staff were helpful, the public spaces were clean, and the small kitchen and dining area were really nice. The only thing I found difficult was the toilet. "Staff were helpful well located quiet close to shilin markets"

"The toilet electric bidet could not be used at the first day. I asked for the help, but the reception said “because you don’t fully sit on the bidet.” It cannot be fixed until the next day. And seems like the staff don’t want to provide the room change. Otherwise not bad."

"Nice place. Nice staff. Comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast worth paying for. Room was nice and spacious. Show was awesome."
