The room was clean and every morning I had my bed done and new towels. I was impressed by how they managed to use space so efficiently. The room is not a big one per se, but I could prepare my breakfast and eat it in the balcony with the view of the sea in the distance, do yoga every morning in the room, and wash and dry my clothes! The location is also unbeatable: plenty of buses and the light rail takes you everywhere. Plenty of shopping and restaurants and fast/street food makes it very easy to eat and enjoy yourself. The check in and out process were super efficient too and the internet was quite reliable. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed twice. The first time we really like the room, the second one you could see it was small but the service was still great. Housekeepers were really nice and helpful. The hotel is well located and close to shops and tram.

Reception staff member was really nice, couldn't do enough to help. Great room design, with lovely private balcony sitting area and rooms were well sound-proofed. Location was very central to pubs and restaurants. The cleanliness of the shower was the only thing that let it down.

There was a smell in the room. The carpet looks very dirty. Uncovered floor area by bed looks disgusting. Toilet was clean Cups need changing. Staff were really nice.

Overall we had a great stay with a perfect location and property. Two comments would be we had 5 guests booked in with only bedding for 4 on arrival. This was soon rectified with bedding provided for the foldout sofa bed. The second would be after having the room cleaned only 3 towels were left with additional dropped off at 8pm the night. These are just minor comments mentioned to help improve the business. Thanks for your hospitality and we'll see you next time.

Staff were extremely helpful when I found that the microwave was broken & swapped it out 20mins before reception closed so I could make myself dinner. Staff went above & beyond when I asked for help including when I couldn't shut the metal balcony shutter doors. The room we were allocated had an area where the balcony ceiling was obviously affected by significant damp which needs addressing. The glass balcony door lock didn't lock & we were on the 5th floor but with an older child this didn't bother me. Security measures could be better on the room door with only a push button to secure the room on the door (no chain or catch, no swipe card access, no peep hole). Obvious that the external air con unit is due for a clean also. The outdoor clothing rack on the balcony, cooking facilities and included washing machine are HUGE benefits being so close to the beaches, UNSW and hospitals. Parking on site is also great.

Fake reviews

They don’t clean the rooms, the patio doors don’t open, there’s water damage on the ceiling. The furniture is outdated and cheap, the carpet is worn and there’s concrete showing. I thought I was booking a beautiful four and a half star place and this was 2-3 stars at best. I have no idea how they got those reviews,

As a single female traveller I felt very safe staying here. Well positioned for easy travelling into Sydney by Tram or bus. Room was well equipped and very clean. Nearby food shops and plenty of great places to grab a coffee.
