Lovely basic rooms with really lovely decor and facilities. I also loved the Goki system which made accessing my room and the hotel so easy. I would highly recommend this hotel. The price is somewhat high but not too bad.

Awesome location but BEWARE on Friday and Saturday nights you will be sleeping above a nightclub. We bought earplugs and slept well . Very obliging staff and awesome location

Place looked like they recently renovated. The deluxe corner room was very large and the amenities were good. However, avoid booking on Sat night, as there is a party that went on until 2am. Luckily we were heavy sleepers.

Noisy. Sticky. Smelly. Nice location.

If your interested in hearing ever single scream from the bar until closing time and the hallways stinking of sticky beer then this is the place for you! Luckily we were stayed out after the first night as there was no point in trying to sleep until the pub closed

Nighttime roadworks which weren’t mentioned upon booking or checking in. Parking was difficult. Pub patrons were very noisy. Didn’t get much sleep. Staff were lovely.

The noise is unbearable, 3 bars/clubs downstairs, music going till 2AM. You can not get to the hotel area with out walking through loud, noisy areas full of people. Bedding was dirty and after asking for bedding to be changed following day it still wasn’t. Staff are not helpful.

Just not worth it - even for it’s position.

If I was 18 and with no expectations except cheap drinks - this would have been great. But I’m not and although in my 30’s still want to be able to relax in a clean and calm environment. The hotel on the ground floor is dirty, with stains all over the carpets and the food the same standard. The room itself was ok, but bed wasn’t made properly and bathroom was terrible with dirty floor, no pressure in the shower and the drain didn’t work, meaning the shower overflowed with a few minutes. The worst - was there is no sound protection between the pub below and the rooms, meaning until 1am it was like trying to sleep in a nightclub with bad music. Unfortunately the days of Hotel Bondi are past, as is the Regis, and it needs to renovate and insulate for sound…

Clean, staff very friendly, food good. 9 minute walk to Bondi beach. Over a pub, noisey on weekends but i slept great. No elevator!! Staff did help with our luggage. Room small bit absolutely loved staying there for 5 nights and would do it again.

Great spot, handy to walk around Bondi. It was quite loud as we were near the outdoor seating of the venue, but we had earplugs so it wasn’t too bad. Nice staff and nicely decorated.

I enjoyed my stay greatly. The room was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was quiet and being only minutes walk from the cafes and beach of Bondi was excellent. Highly recommended.

Room smelt like bleach and hair all over the floor. When downstairs to see if they can change rooms but no one was at the front desk but my credit card photocopy and license was sitting out for anyone to take. Ended up getting a refund
