"This traditional merchant house converted hotel is lovely. We own the entire building with two floors. One tiny living room on the ground floor, a bath house, a separate toilet near the entrance, along with a spacious bathroom with the second living room on the second floor. It’s airy and full of scent of wood. However, the bedroom is facing the road without sound proof windows, it was very noisy throughout the night. "
"The staff here is happy, friendly, beautiful, and professional. Some of the aspects were a little bit confusing, but that’s only because it was my first time staying here language gap. Next time would be fairly simple. For an airport adjacent hotel, it’s top notch! "

"My son and I had a wonderful experience at Waqoo. They prepared four bottles of wine and sake for us, along with a welcome Matcha Tea. The hotel also has a spacious, quiet public bath. If I ever need to lay over at NRT again, I would definitely choose this hotel."
