Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room did not function properly, resulting in an uncomfortable room temperature of approximately 20°C (68°F). "Excellent hotel. Easy check in with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet with many choices. Spacious quiet room with comfortable bed. Good hot water and pressure. Nice and clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Big shopping mall complex within few minutes walking. Nice big park and river walk just outside hotel. Stayed many times before and will stay again."

"Room was so small"

"La atención es muy buena, el hotel es nuevo y está en una zona muy tranquila"

"The location was great with subway and bus stops in a few minutes walking distance and with great restaurants and cafes with some of them open for 24 hours. The room was very small which I expected but the facility was pretty new and well maintained. Will definitely go back if I decide to stay in Gangnam area again."

"nice location friendly staff comfortable room"

"The room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. The location is convenient, right next to the subway station."

"Very good location"

"Very nice staff ,we love it ,the only problem is that hotel is one hour far from the city of Seoul"

"You will be charged more than the listing and the amenities aren’t free- some listed amnesties aren’t available to you. The free massage chairs are hidden in the corner of the laundry room they’re old but it’s better than the lies- the very expensive breakfast lunch and dinner is bland but there’s alcohol to make up for the tasteless dishes and the view is nice. You don’t get what you’re paying for."

"駅から遠いのが難点ですが、それ以外は満足です。"
