"Very good hospitality and well synchronized staff"

"Overall, my stay at Vasa Hotel was okay, but improvements are needed. Although I booked a suite, it didn’t feel much different from my parents’ standard room. They had a king bed, while mine seemed to have two twin beds pushed together, which creaked when I lay in the middle. I enjoyed the well-equipped gym, which had a separate yoga or Pilates room with mats. There also appeared to be a spa toward the back. "There is lot to like and love about the Majapahit Hotel, Surabaya. I loved this historic property in a great central location and I also loved its cheerful and attentive staff. また訪れた際には利用したいホテルです😊 I stayed here on my first business trip to Indonesia. Even though I don’t speak English, all the staff were very kind and helpful, which left a great impression on me. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, and I really enjoyed it. I would love to stay here again on my next visit. 😊"

"Clean and freundly"

"The hotel is in a brilliant location, right on Tunjungan Street and surrounded by shops and cafés. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The Sky Bar is also a nice spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed my time here."
