"No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...

"Ok not great not terrible. Very minimal you get a bed and room and access to bathroom and that’s about it. The rooms comfy and clean but both times I been here the other guests have been so loud. One seemed to be having an all night mini party and another left at 5am and seemed to slam doors for 30 mins and shouted outside. Not the owners fault but there’s no soundproofing the walks are thin so be prepared if you stay there as it’s be of those airport spots where people come and go all night. "

"Stayed overnight to attend a friend’s birthday in Esher. Great location, reasonably priced and really friendly & helpful staff. Nice clean room with tea and coffee facilities which was great in the morning. Easy access to room out of hours and easy key drop when we left."

"I'd made a complete mess up with my original booking having pre-paid with no refunds, however the hotel kindly changed the dates without any penalty. On arriving, the receptionist upgraded my room for a small amount (I got both dates and room type incorrect on my initial booking!). Hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking was easy. Breakfast nice, but not very hot, however that's my only niggle. Would definitely stay again due to excellent service, comfort and close to local amenities."
