Great location and facilities, arrived earlier and then had to pay another £15 to check in early which, considering this is not a budget hotel, I was not happy about. The bed was way too soft. Spa facilities were good

Fantastic hotel.

Right from the moment we arrived at reception we were made to feel like VIPs. We had an amazing time at the hotel and we definitely return - this was our fifth visit!
