"It was my first trip to Bali and the offering can be overwhelming. I chose Como Uma Ubud because I wanted to be in a more quiet and relaxing environment, experiencing the rainforest and the infamous rice terraces, which I consider more typical for Bali. The stay was an absolute outstanding experience from start till end. I felt very well looked after and treated with a very warm welcome. The offerings from daily morning yoga and other activities, as well as pampering massages were simply perfect. My request to explore the rice terraces if possible off the touristic path was met with the highest standards. Made, their head of experience guided me along the terraces along with such knowledge and expertise. It was stunning. A regular shuttle is offered to get to Ubud centre, although it’s also possible to walk (this takes up to 40min in this heat it’s not for everyone and the shuttle the preferred transportation option). A very big thank you to the entire staff. You made my stay very special!"

"Our stay at the Adiwana Alas Harum was absolutely incredible and made our anniversary trip to Bali unforgettable. "Beautiful boutique hotel. We stayed in a room with a pool and view of the jungle. Unfortunately the pool is not heated and a tad too cool to swim in. Not close enough to walk to Ubud due to no sidewalks, however would highly recommend. Very peaceful"

"This hotel is fantastic, stunning decor, great location a ten minute drive from the village centre. The room was better than I had expected, everything was great, the bed was comfortable, amenities were excellent. May be worth mentioning that you may want to bring your own hairdryer. The terrace overlooked a small pond which was lovely. The restaurant served excellent food. The gym was very good and so was the morning yoga session. The pool is small but beautiful overlooking a forest. I arranged a private tour which was a brilliant way to see as much as possible during the short time I was there. The staff were welcoming, polite, friendly and just absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and I will most certainly return."
