Lovely retreat in the middle of the rice fields. Beautiful bungalows and a very good restaurant. Staff highly professional, helpful and friendly.

Everything was good, but good to have a queen bed instead of 2 double bed and good to have avacado toast and pancake as there were no other option for vegetarians.

This is a great place to escape from it all. Well-designed and comfortable facilities surrounded by ricefields, with friendly and efficient staff and good food and drinks. Nothing to complain about.

Beautiful property and great staff. Walked into town and explored on our own. Our only complaint was that the only option for dinner was at the retreat, which did not have much variety for vegans/vegetarians and was generally just ok.

Retour sur expérience

Le personnel est très serviable et professionnel avec cependant des grosses lacunes en anglais mais a toujours su satisfaire nos demandes. Le Spa est très bien avec un excellent massage, je remercie énormément la masseuse qui a réalisé le meilleur massage de tout mon séjour. Pas de ATM autour. En résumé, très bien pour un séjour calme loin de tout en pleine nature.

“Fanget” i flotte omgivelser.

Fantastiske omgivelser som er helt unikt! Ens værelse skal man selvfølgelig være obs på at man er ude i naturen, men er rigtig fine. Vi havde et godt ophold. Dog blev der taget overpriser for mad, transport og andet som hotellet havde. Der var ikke sammenhæng mellem pris og kvalitet. Man følte lidt at nu var man fanget ude på landet, og så blev prisen skruet op. Vi havde en god overnatning men lidt snydt.

Sanak Retreat is such a special place. From the moment you arrive you are surrounded by natural beauty ... both from the natural environment and from the impeccable staff. The property has only 11 rooms so truly is a boutique hotel. It’s so peaceful. The spa is fantastic. We opted for multiple treatments during our stay. Our stay was a welcomed rest from the chaos (and traffic) of southern Bali. We will definitely return.

Fabuleux. Logé en villa individuelle type Balinais avec une décoration soignée et recherchée. Service parfait . J'ai pu faire un massage avec une demande au pied levé. Le restaurant donnant sur la piscine donne sur les rizières, vue fantastique avec en prime le coucher de soleil.

What an amazing hotel! Not only are the rooms, facilities and staff great - they are also doing wonderful things for the local community around them. The food at the restaurant was delicious (especially the local market fish) and breakfast was the best we've had in Bali (including the coffee). If you want a relaxing retreat surrounded by nature then this is the place. The perfect location for recharging your batteries. I would also recommend the hike to the water fall and seeing some of the local villages - was a great day and tour guide was excellent. Thank you Sanak for such a great few days!
