"Great hotel! With great attention to details.
The staff is super friendly and kind.
Well located, you can walk from the hotel to the old town without taking a taxi.
Bedroom is lovely and wide, so is the bathroom!
Breakfast is great too, a lot of choice.
The pool area is nice but the water a little bit cold.
We really enjoyed our stay at The Rim resort

"The staff member at the resort spoke the best English we found at any hotel in Chiang Mai. After checkout we were able to leave our bags there for several hours as we went around the city, going to different tourist destinations."
