Check in and check out super easy, staff were all friendly and helpful. I think it was in a great location, quick walk to restaurants/bars/coffee shops. Lot of local vendor nearby. Can walk to party street if you wanted to as well or quick grab. Bathroom was great. I would absolutely stay here again

All the stuff were extremely friendly, great service, walkable area and good restaurants around the hotel. Beautiful pool and maintained clean less the whole time I was there. Will definitely go back!!!

Fantastic location, in the best area!!! Rooms were lovely, big, clean and with a balcony. Pool area was cute. Breakfast was ok, but not great. And I had dinner once in the restaurant but I wouldn’t recommend. Staff were all very polite, and fast laundry service!

All staff are very friendly and efficient. The food was all lovely and the pool was a great place to cool down, although we would have liked a handrail to aid getting out again. There is no designated bar area so nowhere to sit when coming back to the hotel in the evening, which meant we often purchased drinks at 7-eleven and drank in our room - this is not a negative comment, just an observation.

It’s an awesome property. Across the street from a 7 11, and a supermarket. The mountain side is awesome. The only downside is the need to get a ride down from the mountain. I missed my flight due to the wait for my ride. Also, it’s a considerable walk to the tourist areas. Need to book a grab to any of the tourist attractions.

Disappointing experience

I had to pay extra room charge for my son (which is fine) but when I requested for extra bath towel for him.. was told the charge does not include towel!!! I had to demand for one and offer to pay for it before they agree to bring a towel up! My gosh!

ランドリーもお金は必要だがホテル内ででき、プールを使用した際にもバスタオルや浮き輪などが無料で借りれて快適でした。お部屋の掃除がお風呂掃除や寝具を毎日変えてはいただけなかったようで、お風呂に入る時に自分で掃除して入ってました。それ以外は快適でした。

フロントとベルボーイさんが丁寧でした。子連れでしたが優しくしてくださり、嬉しかったです。駅からも徒歩5分圏内で、朝ごはんのビュッフェも美味しくとても綺麗なホテルでした。
