"The staff were extremely attentive and very helpful. The team were very polite. Particularly the chief concierge, Art (Anuchit) and his kind recommendations. Others were also very kind such as Fluke who recommended some great restaurants. Marcella who kindly advised my daughter where to buy ingredients to make Thai tea. We left feeling so cared for."

"We stayed here for 1 week and upgraded to the horizon club and it was worth it. The team there are so super helpful and friendly and really good with kids. They have a kids corner with activities and kids splash pad area and kids pool which kept our 4 year olds very entertained. The service was great and breakfast was delicious. I can’t speak much to the location as we didn’t leave the hotel lol."
