"Sparkling clean room, located close to the main square but still very quiet. Air conditioning which was welcome. Could be improved only slightly by adding a bottle opener to the kitchen equipment and another mirror near a plug outlet, but these are very minor and did not affect our stay, just small points for the management to consider. We loved our little apartment and would stay again if we return to Krakow. "

"We stayed 4 nights at the hotel . The location is perfect close to everything only 3 min walking to the main plaza a lot of restaurants close by .Kate at the front desk did an amazing job. Natalya and her coworker (sorry I did not catch her name)were on top of everything every minute, and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Natalya every morning while she buzzed around the room replenishing food, removing dishes and performing general cleaning. "Grrat location just south of the river within easy walking distance to some major, historical areas. All memebers of staff were very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, wifi was great throughout the hotel and the restaurant was spacious with good food."
