The property is located in Old Town. Close to all important sites and restaurants. Beautiful plazas with outdoor dining. The hotel room was spacious with kitchenette in lovely loft. The staff was useful and easy to deal with. Only problem is Uber isn’t allowed to pick up in front about block away. However taxis are allowed but will cost more. I would return.

Wonderful suite located just steps from the largest plaza in all of Europe . Breakfast was very good. The area was within walking distance from all that you would want to see. Good high quality restaurants everywhere. Great public trams and Uber was incredibly cheap. Krakow is one of Europe's most charming and culturally beautiful cities. The people are appreciative of your visit to their city and are the friendly . Safe city . Walk anywhere anytime . Aparthotel could not of been a better choice . We stayed six nites . When I return ir will always be here.Thanks to ri the entire staff. Very quiet building despite its central location .Aparthotel and Krakow will always be a cherisshed doe my wife an I.

We both really enjoyed staying here. It is located just off the main square so makes it really accessible for both walking and trams around the city. The 24/7 security is amazing and all the staff are really friendly and accommodating. The lift briefly broke during our stay (we stayed on the the fourth floor), however was fixed within a matter of hours! Fantastic service! I would really recommend staying here!! We have already convinced family members to book for their stay later in the year! We will definitely be returning!!

This room was beautiful! Exactly like the photos and the hotel is in a great location, two streets away from the main square and local to everything. Outside is pretty noisy at night but that’s to be expected when in the city centre so I didn’t mind. Thank you for a lovely stay!
