"We have stayed here 4 times for overnight stops. Everything is lovely and clean, staff, for the most part are pleasant and professional - I say for the most part - on our latest visit, we ordered a wine spritzer and specified soda, not lemonade and a half pint of pepsi. We got a spritzer with lemonade and a full pint of pepsi but it was soon sorted. We have had 4 different rooms out of the 5 that there are, and only one of them was what I would class as too small even for a standard...

"Most of the beer in the bar was off. We asked for an extra fan for the room, it didn't turn up. My wife is a vegan, we asked for oatmilk in the room. That didn't arrive either. To cap it all when we left we were told that we had to pay an extra £55.00 as the price we were quoted was less than what it should have been. Won't be stopping here again."

"I would describe the Hotel as functional but dated. It has a good health club, a bar and restaurant and the rooms have what you need. Except aircon which in this current heatwave was sorely missed. My side of the building had the afternoon sun beating down on it and because the curtains were not drawn it was like walking into an oven and it stayed like this all night. The Staff are all great and look after you well. If the Hotel had a face lift and it was modernised it would be a fantastic...

"The places was not well equipped, with it being over 30 degrees- only a small fan was placed in room. The windows did not open fully. No water placed in room knowing it was going to be hot. The outside needs update and not what the photos show. Breakfast was nice but."

"The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant."

"Lovely hotel but after going into our room at 10pm after a festival I got changed for bed . Used the bathroom went to wash my hands and the hot water tap was broken. No hot water - no water even out the tap. Only cold water which is no good. Too tierd to move rooms. Told reception on checkout but no compensation or discounted next staff or offer of breakfast - absolutely nothing. Poor really. I said you need to get it fixed for the next guests. "A quality hotel with great facilities including golf and a spa. The staff are exceptional and friendly and helpful. The food is first rate and the Indian executive chef delivers among the best curries I've ever had. The rest of the menu is pretty good as well."

"Really nice b&b in an historic and interesting house. Host was really friendly and breakfasts were really good. Large bedroom, plenty of space for clothes. Right opposite the Abbey and near local amenities. Would certainly return."
