"Lindsay was a really nice host, we could have what we wanted for breakfast, there was tea, coffee sugar and milk in the room. Our room was very spacious and bathroom was very large and well layed out, our room looked out on to the garden which was nice."

"Lovely hotel, modern throughout, and incredibly comfortable beds. Super convenient location very close to Gatwick Airport. We received a discount voucher upon check-in for food and drink, which was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and checking out was a breeze."

"Well appointed room. Good breakfast"

"Awesome if u have a flight out the next day"

"We would stay again"

"The room was generally clean except that we found a hair in the bathroom and the sheets had a black stain. The bed wasn’t very hotel-like nor very comfortable (shallow foam). Breakfast was well priced and decent. Everything else was great."

"Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Breakfast was fantastic easy parking, and great facilities with comfortable rooms and good WIFI, would return in the future"

"The staff was the worst I’ve experienced in my month of traveling England. They weren’t friendly or helpful and made me feel like it was a burden staying there. And I stayed 3 nights. And there’s absolutely nothing close by where you can eat. The cook was the only pleasant person. The place has absolutely no warmth to it."

"The nicest stay during my time in London! The host is soo friendly and helpful! 🙏 I really appreciate their kindness. It was a cute themed room and cozy. Would definitely come back :)"

"Great place to stay. Warm and lovely rooms. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We love staying there every year."
