A lovely quiet and spacious room, nice breakfast with provision for my wife’s need for gluten-free as a coeliac. Beautiful surroundings and a very kind and caring landlady, attentive to our needs.

Spacious room. Had those lovely little extras like the choc digestives and a microwave and fridge. Well designed room in terms of segregating belongings. Lovely host.

Quiet stay

If you didn't like bananas there was no alternative. Cooked food was excellent though. Home made preserves and honey from local producer. King size bed was very comfy but single bed rather hard. Very peaceful place but parking was a little difficult at times. Overall a good base for exploring west and east Sussex.
