"On arrival we were given a deluxe room which smelled damp and looked out onto a flat roof and pipes. We were moved to a modern upgraded room. Staff handled it all brilliantly. Food dinner. Formerly helpful staff. Near Gatwick. "

"No hassle checkin. At 1:30 am it was perfect. We had prepaid. Within 5 - 10 mins of our arrival we were in our room. Staff was friendly and the service was great. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. There were 2 free bottles of still water and the bathroom was clean. The room was small but adequate for our needs. We would stay there again."
"It was a lovely hotel, quite close to the airport, thus why I chose it.
The room was decent and quiet and alll the facilities that I needed for my stay worked well.
The car park was cramped, not much room to park, I had to get out of the car on the passenger side. So that could do with a bit of improvement.
Nonetheless, the price for parking was reasonable compared to other hotels nearby."
