Room was nice, staff were really friendly and also helpful as one of the three rooms we’d booked was on a different floor so they swapped it, nice food and drinks in the bar (didn’t want a full meal) and great breakfast. Only disappointment was that we’d booked it for the racing and that had been cancelled due to being waterlogged so we went to Brighton instead

Mitch on reception, very welcoming & friendly. Great ‘Director of First Impressions’. Room was absolutely lovely. Food amazing, especially brekkie! (Chef very friendly and accommodating). Gym, small but had decent equipment. Spa, lovely (although disappointed that the steam room wasn’t operational) and bar staff exceptional. Dody is such a credit to your team. Loved our stay and will most definitely be back xx

Room clean staff excellent - courteous efficient and friendly, Bucks Fizz welcome on Christmas morning and small stocking of chocolates on door - nice touches, selection of teas in room Chamomile and Earl Grey - would have included English Breakfast, buffet breakfast: excellent choice, all hot items hot would keep eye on bacon drying out under lights - dish cover?

The hotel is clean & comfortable The only reason I would stay at this hotel is if I was attending a horse race meeting Lingfield itself is quite a walk..so if you are not going to eat in the hotel, & don't want to drive or taxi, it's a trek The rooms are large & comfy, & I didn't experience any noise, so slept well Ample free parking available Food in the restaurant was nice & plentiful The safe in our room was out of order
