This was such a breath of fresh air! The hotels are all $300+ even for a Hampton Inn so to find this little gem was even more wonderful! Excellent, beautiful, a pool, wonderful breakfast in a quiet neighborhood - it’s never available which is probably why it’s never shown up before but 5 stars all the way!

A little gem in St Pete

We were warmly welcomed by the owners, Jason and Reymond who were very attentive hosts. The breakfast was the best we have had on our trip - the fresh fruit salad included mango and papaya and there was selection of freshly baked pastries and egg dishes made to order. The bedroom was comfortable, if a little small. Overall, a most enjoyable stay.

Jayson and Reymond are great!

The whole property is super cute, and Jayson and Reymond are the best hosts. They made breakfast every morning with homemade pastries, omelettes, and more - it was great. I highly recommend The Kenwood Gables to anyone staying in or around St. Petersburg.

Amazing Bed & Breakfast

Such a wonderful place to stay! Reymond and Jayson are extremely nice and accommodating, and the breakfast spread, including the omelets, are amazing! The whole house is beautiful and charming, and my room was super cozy, clean, modern, and adorable. Plus, St. Pete is such a fun city! The whole experience can't be beat.

Raymond and Jayson are incredible hosts. They offer a personal touch to your stay, and have excellent suggestions for local fare and entertainment. You can really tell that they love what they do as bed and breakfast owners, and strive for each guest to have an amazing experience. Raymond and Jayson are fantastic! We had an emergency as our condo was hit badly by storm Helene and we had a tenant in our unit. We scrambled to get flights, car and a place to stay on no minutes notice and came across the Kenwood Gables as we were making our last minute travel plans. Their property is an oasis! Lovely pool, amazing breakfasts and such great hosts. We will certainly be back as they made us feel like family. Thank you Raymond, Jayson, Kona and Fizzy. You made a difficult time much easier to handle!

Hands down the most wonderful bed & breakfast we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are pristine, the pool and outdoor space is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful, and daily breakfast rivals any top restaurant around. The owners, Reymond and Jayson, are so considerate and attentive. They played a big part in making my girlfriend’s birthday getaway memorable. We’ll definitely be back in St. Pete soon. If for no other reason than to stay here again.

Great B&B

Very welcoming hosts who were incredibly accommodating. Great breakfasts including custom omelets and homebred goods. Very large and spacious room with comfortable bed and soaking tub. Access to pool and deck from French doors. Quiet and laid back atmosphere, great aesthetics. Helpful and approachable hosts!
