The owners of the property were very helpful and quick to respond with any questions. They left us breakfast foods and our favorite beer in the fridge. We were so delighted! Highly recommend!

I saw Dolphins everyday! This is literally a one bedroom apartment. This particular unit is better if you want privacy vs view but still enjoyed our view very much! Every beach was within 20 min and if you like fishing this is the spot. Pool was very clean and enjoyable with the boats going in and out of the marina/ dock. Hot tub was nice and hot. No front desk to deal with is great too for me. We will come back!!

Some of the positives of this property is that it is located in a waterfront location with really nice views. The area is very safe with ample free parking. The interior of the property has a nice layout with a small living room, kitchenette and dining set for two people. The balcony is nice for seating outside and watching the sunset. The staff is very attentive and often send texts to check on guests. Some of the negatives include outdated bedding and uncomfortable pillows. The mini blinds were broken and were hard to open. The sliding door locks were broken and made access to the balcony hard. Appliances were ok, but showed their age. The ceiling fans were dirty, considering that guests have to pay a maintenance fee in addition to the room rate. All in all, nice place with all the amenities that guests would need; however, it needs some maintenance and updates to make it a five star location.

A place to recharge batteries!

100% Recommended. The overall experience was awesome. The condominium is very clean and quite. The place is ideal for relax and have a very stressless time. Amazing view to the bay right from the balcony. I suggest to wake up early to see manatees and dolphins. The condominium has private boat deck, seat and relax or just fishing and spending time with enjoying the brief. The retaurant in front of the property which is Doc Fords is awesome too with great food, drinks and view. This stay has all we were looking ot all you need to have fun or just recharge batteries. We definitely recommend it and will stay again soon.

The property was in Boca Ciega Bay and their were dolphins in the bay everyday swimming nearby. They even left us beach chairs and a beach umbrella to use. Beautiful beaches within a short driving distance along with shopping and dining. The condo was sufficient for what we needed. I would say that they could update the furniture to more up to date and comfortable. Also deep cleaning and paint could not hurt. Their was broken glass under the couch when we pulled out the couch bed.

On a very busy street, kept you awake at night, so loud it was not pleasant to sit on balcony or at pool. Closet was a mess, stuff just thrown in it. Out side hall lights so bright it shown through blinds which made it hard to sleep, need to add curtains. Couches were old.

Avoid this place at all cost. Firstly the place stunk. A wierd smell lingered around the entire time. The AC didnt work either so it was freezing the entire time. Once entering we noticed that they didnt provide the 2 sofa beds that we paid for. After contacting someone we were told to just sleep on the sofa and they would give us an air mattess( wich was dirty and they didnt even pump it up). We booked a room for 4 single people and they only set it up for 2 people.They refused to give us a refund or partial discount knowing they didnt provide what we paid for. We asked for more towels and blankets and they didnt bring them all. Room was not cheap and looked nothing like adverted.AVOID THIS PLACE.

We had a very bad stay at this appartement. We were 3 people and as described the appartement was suitable for 4 people. We just find a queen bed. the sofa is not suitable to sleep and it's too small. In addition there was no sheets. Communication by phone was extremely bad. After reaching the agency by phone, they sent us one inflatable mattress, which is not what we paid for. All in all, they lied to us in their AD and we couldn't even meet in person with anyone to get a refund or find any solution. Also, they should have said "appartment near a very noisy highway", which was not mentioned at all in their AD. I don't recommend at all.

I was locked out of my room for an hour and 45 minutes after check-in time. The girl that was trying to help me had such a strong accent that I couldn’t understand what she was saying part of the time. The background noise from where she was at was also making it difficult to hear what she was saying, and I don’t believe she understood how for me to get in the door . Throughout the conversations, she would tell me to hold on for a minute, which I thought meant she was putting me on hold, and she would just hang up. I’m not quite sure she knew how to help me very well at all . She repeatedly kept asking me if I was putting the numbers in and then asked if I was using a hashtag Which didn’t go into the code at all.. TheEndAndBeforeSheHungUpICouldHearHerComplainingAboutMe to someone. In addition to her, there were three TV remotes and no instruction on what they were for. I had no instruction on what to do with the laundry so I left it on the washer. I truly feel like this was a very bad experience and I feel like I should be entitled to, some of my money being returned for not being able to get into the room until two hours later. Very frustrating and disappointing
