All I can say is that everyone goes out of their way for you to make sure you’re comfortable the service was fantastic. I've been visiting this resort for over 20 years and love it so much! There were a few things I noticed during this visit though, that I was a little disappointed with. Front desk and spa desk staff all pretty much had a bad attitude. The bartenders and valet guys were great, however! And things (room, shower, deck, pool deck, and pool) in general felt dirty or unkept. The food was fantastic. We ate at both the pool and the restaurant near the front of the resort.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Our first-floor poolside room was incredibly convenient, allowing us to enjoy the pool with ease. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making our visit relaxing and enjoyable. While daily maid service would have been nice, we received service as requested, and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Tampa airport and Clearwater for spring training games. We also loved exploring the charming town of Safety Harbor, which offers plenty of great restaurants and unique shops. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay in the area.
