This is an older property, but you wouldn't notice because the staff keeps it in excellent condition, the room was spotless, the full breakfast was very good, the pool was super clean, and the rooms face the bay, and the price of the room was very affordable! Absolutely would stay again!

Breakfast was typical for a chain hotel, a little better than average. The room was clean a large, but somewhat dated in some aspects. The bed was comfortable. Due to the restaurant being next door, it was a little loud at times, although you could sit out and listen to the music. Staff was friendly and very efficient.the gym was underwhelming, but the pool is excellent. We would recommend this when un Dunedin.

Rooms were renovated and on the water. The staff was accommodating and there was a restaurant and a tiki bar on the premises. It was at the end of the Main Street of Dunedin so the town was so walkable.

The hotel was a great place to stay and in walking distance of multiple dining choices and plenty of shops. There was a park with a playground in walking distance for any travelers with children (which we did). The staff was very friendly, and the entire property was kept really clean.

I visited with mom and a friend and we loved this hotel! The two views were both fabulous and we could hear the music from the restaurant one night. Beds were comfy and breakfast was great! The coffee machine is fabulous! Very friendly staff!

This is an older hotel but kept super clean and the location and charm make us for the age! We sat on bay side and watched dolphins swim just feet away! I would 100% stay here again.
