Royalton Saint Lucia, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

"Liked the Teppanyaki restaurant and chef Andre was the best entertainment all week… We had nothing to eat the first day of travel and arrived hungry…it took over an hour to check us in because the computer system was locking the staff member out and they had to keep getting a supervisor to re log in… they asked what we were Celebrating? When a simple Welcome and how are you ? or I’m sorry for the delay checking you in; would’ve been appreciated. The room we paid extra for… turned out to be pretty basic and was located right by the elevator entrance/exit and where Staff took daily meetings…which equaled very loud disruptions of sleep at ALL Hours day and night. When we asked Where we could get food, we were directed to a Sports Bar. My husband being a diabetic, needed food! It took 20mins to find a Server and place an order and after waiting for another 50mins with only water served, No food?! We relocated to the buffet area as it Opened and finally ate. Service was consistently poor and slow. Tables were normally dirty and sticky even. I got coffee service only once the whole week at the buffet and often had to find drinks at a outside bar as pop was not served at the buffet,if we were lucky we served ourselves then we had water to drink. The food was inconsistently prepared…you never knew if it was spicy or mild? I watched the martini bar hand wash glasses to keep up with drink orders instead of sanitizing properly. The beach cushions were filthy and salespeople were rude."

"My wife Viviana and I cannot express just how much we loved our stay at the Bel Jou Hotel. We stayed 8 days, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness and respect. By the time we left, we felt like family. The food, drinks, and activities were wonderful. We will certainly be back next year!!!! Bruce & Viviana"

"There is no way I could find any sort of fault with this property. I met people who have stayed at Windjammer on multiple occasions and it's easy to see why. The staff are truly wonderful, can't do enough for you and always remember your name. If I'm to be picky maybe some restaurant menus could be a tad more expensive but really that's only finding fault where there is none. Maybe a little quiet at night but I put that down to the fact mid May is out of season. If hopefully I'm out this way again Windjammer Landing will most definitely be my choice for accommodation."

"Our stay at Zoëtry Marigot Bay St. Lucia was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. We arrived on Thursday evening and were greeted by the friendly front desk staff who explained everything thoroughly and welcomed us with a delicious welcome drink. We also met our butler, Ferguson, who assisted with our luggage and showed us to our room. Even arriving around 8 PM, there was still a delicious buffet available for dinner, which was a great start to our trip. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and featured a plunge pool that was cleaned regularly during our visit. Housekeeping was exceptional they came twice daily, and each evening they turned down our bed and left cookies, which was such a nice touch. Zoëtry is located in the beautiful Marigot Bay, and the views are absolutely gorgeous. The resort has a small, quaint beach accessible by a complimentary 5-minute ferry ride across the bay. Kayaking and several other water activities were also included in our stay, which we really enjoyed. We truly loved the staff and wish we could remember everyone’s names, but some standout team members included Jean Quan, Angel, Alex, Tony, Rashida, Andrea, Ferguson, Kaelan, and Neal. Everywhere we went we were met with smiles and “my pleasure,” which made the experience feel warm and personal. Zoëtry Marigot Bay is perfect for anyone looking for relaxation, breathtaking views, exceptional service, and a memorable vacation experience. We would absolutely return!"
