"Staff were amazing from arrival and throughout our stay. Incredibly helpful and all extremely well trained to be friendly and accommodating. Johan (I think) one of the ambassadors, John - one of concierge team at the front desk and Jimmy a shuttle bus driver were all truly outstanding and made our stay great. Giselle and Shanna are AMAZING masseurs- definitely book a treatment with them. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection and the different restaurants were also good (didn’t try the Italian). Most villas are based up very steep hills but the 24 hour shuttle service was efficient. The hotel is isolated so a taxi is to get to anywhere offsite, but onsite activities and entertainment were plentiful. We did a catamaran trip which included mud bath (optional) visit to a volcano, swimming/ snorkelling and a delicious lunch. The route took in one side of the island including the twin pitons. A fabulous day. A really great stay marred only by the one and only borderline rude member of staff who checked us out - Skyie. No reason why she was so unpleasant but thankfully she wasn’t the last person we spoke to - that was the lovely and upbeat John, thank you!"

"Basic room, very spacious. Basic amenities. Check in was quick. Food very basic. Service was painfully slow. Stacy the hostess at the restaurant was amazing and made the experience lovely even if the food was lacking. The cappuccino was perfect! Attention to detail is lacking. Staff morale appears to be very low [my perspective as a seasoned hotelier]. The majority of the employees are not service oriented. We asked four employees for clean towels and we never got it. Three said the room wasn't on their roster and the other indicated that she would pass it to the supervisor of the relevant department. Overall an okay stay."

"Quaint and intimate boutique hotel with unique features, including a large jacuzzi in the bedroom. A especially liked that our room had direct access to the marina from our patio. Staff were friendly and helpful. Having both the Cockpit and Jacques Restaurants on property were a nice feature. Within easy walking distance to the nearest beach, as well as shops and restaurants was a bonus. I would stay here again."

"Trail at the hotel to see the Piton is wonderful and the property grounds are very nice and relaxing. The room was nice and clean and had a cool outdoor shower. However the pool area isn’t well kept, the front desk staff is semi friendly depending on who you get and the food selection isn’t great. The waitress’s are extremely nice and sweet! I don’t recommend using the hotel for a taxi service they up charge soo much we didn’t realize until we were talking to someone else and realize we were paying twice the amount for a taxi each day. I highly recommend using no limit taxi or other local taxi drivers they will come right to the reception and pick you up and the taxi will be 100% nicer and cheaper. Overall good location that’s close to all the main attractions in that area just don’t use their taxi service."
