Music blared at 715 am from the restaurant disturbing our room right off the patio, and then in the restaurant it was so loud you couldnt talk. Booked a massage for an hour and it was only 45 min endingat 10 till the hour and not on the hour. Shower was tepid most days.tv only worked with netflix...

"It was just alright. Food was pretty mediocre, hit or miss. Small dumpy beach. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. And it rained every day. Was relaxing but boring here. No entertainment and no fun activities."

"We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. "Very disappointed in our room. The advertised family suite is updated and looked modern. The room we received was old and needed repairs. We asked to switch rooms for 3 days and the staff was very nonchalant and unhelpful. They said only a handful of rooms have been updated so far. They offered nothing to compensate us for the false advertising."
