"The hotel is perfectly situated overlooking the marina at Rodney Bay. The hotel itself had excellent facilities and restaurants delivered superb food at all times. I have to say the the staff made my stay there so memorable. They were all so polite and efficient, and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended!"

"I took my to mom to Antigua for a mothers’s day trip and we stayed at this resort. It is a beautiful property; the landscape is well maintained. There is a lot of steps to get around the property; for example, to get to the main buffet, PD’s grill and the other restaurants. The food selection was very lacking for us. It was not a spread of various selections as we would expect from an all inclusive resort. In terms of flavoring of the food I would give it between 3-4 of of 5. Although it was tasty, it was just ok; nothing to blow your pallets away. The drinks were very good; shout out to the bartender at seagrapes; he made my mom and I some of the best nonalcoholic piña coladas and some other mocktails. We did dine at one of the restaurants 1 night; 70% of the items on thy menu you had to pay for. Which is ridiculous because it is an all inclusive resort. It is 4 beaches and an infinity pool on the property. We stayed in the room where the beach is literally steps away; gorgeous beach. We were lounged at the beach everyday for our 5 day stay. The staff is pretty friendly; just say hello. Also, the property is on the older side; not a modern resort at all but just stay in the ocean view rooms and not the standard bungalows and you won’t be disappointed. Overall, it was a good stay. I’d return again."

"It was just alright. Food was pretty mediocre, hit or miss. Small dumpy beach. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. And it rained every day. Was relaxing but boring here. No entertainment and no fun activities."

"Managment of Royalton was great . very professional especially “ Gabriel “ and “Mervin “ they were always ready to provide world class customer service and going above and beyond to make sure their guests are taking care of . But unfortunately the front desk staff in Hideaway lobby wasn’t very helpful and available to address the issues. I called at 6:30 am to arrange for the bellboy to pick my my luggage at 7:00 am from my room for checking out and catching my shuttle to airport the front desk of Royalton confirmed bellboy will be there to help me but until 7:10 am nobody showed up and nobody contacted me about the delay I had to carry all my suitcases by myself to the Hideaway lobby even I had injury as I didn’t want to lose my transportation to airport due to unorganized front desk staff and their delay. I suggest the management should periodically get feedback from the guests when they are on site in hotel to find out about their STAFF /employee behaviour and their customer service SKILLS . I have to thank “ Tashael “the Expedia representative for her support and excellent customer service. She was amazing. Overall Hotel was very clean and beautiful, senior management was excellent and professional and always ready to assist the guests but unfortunately regular staff didn’t provide proper customer service to the guests."
