"Awesome property, great staff and roomy comfortable accommodations. Breakfast is awesome. On-site restaurant (Kerriges) is superb. Quiet location close to shopping, shows and the Underground. Bring a device that can Cast your content to TV so you don't have to try to find something to watch on the confusing TV/Media System, the channel guide is awful. The WiFi is lightning fast and great for streaming."

"Not a fan of the fee for early check in, staff was kinda rude everytime I spoke to them, cafe closed early even though it was like a food restaurant as well so not really accessible, vending machine inside was SO expensive & hotel located in not the greatest area to go out in at night. Other than my room was nice, clean, calm and quiet which I enjoyed and it had clean halls etc. Though I never got room service the whole 4 nights I was there."

"Outstanding Hospitality! As soon as we arrived at the Royal Horseguards Hotel we were warmly greeted by the doorman Mr. Pervez. Mr. Pervez along with the desk staff treated us like royalty. The hotel lobby is stunning. The room was comfortable. I don't recommend the rooms with views of Thames during the spring/summer months because the foliage obscured the view. The Breakfast Buffet offerings were diverse and yummy. The hotel location is ideal! We spent the day walking to all of the great sights and then took a quick taxi ride to a fabulous jazz club in SoHo (Ronnie Scott's). Please note--It is possible to walk to SoHo and several other neighborhoods from this delightful hotel. We would definitely visit this lovely hotel again."

"This is a budget priced hotel just steps from Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Rd tube station. Check in was 3pm but my daughter and I arrived round 1pm and for £20 were able to avail of early check in and get into our room. Check in was fast and automated with a staff member on hand who printed our key cards for us. Room was on the small side but perfect for what we needed as we were really only in it to sleep in it. Basic but clean, great dressing table/mirror area, TV, hairdryer and safe. The room had good AC which was great as it was very warm during our visit. Bathroom again was small but clean and perfectly adequate for our needs. Our only niggle was how long to get and to use the lifts, they are very busy and often stop at nearly every floor, we were on floor 10 so if you are pressed for time allow an extra 10 mins to get one and get down to reception. Any staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. All in all for the price this is a great, centrally located, excellent option for a basic budget stay in London, however if you want extras like toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities then other hotels which will cost more are available and may be more suitable for you. We were very happy with our stay and will use STG again."
