"Wow. This stay felt special from the moment we arrived. The lady who seems to run it could not have been nicer, really warm genuine and friendly, she showed us around the hotel and made a real effort to make our stay perfect, even showing us the room in bruges was filmed in. "Staffs are so nice and helpful. Rooms smells so nice with the fragrance they have placed. There is also a fireplace in the room which made is warm and cozy whenever you needed it. Hotel is also pet friendly, we were given a care package for my dog. "
