"Location was amazing, very central. Close to the centre, everywhere walkable within minutes. The hotel itself is lovely and quiet even though it is close the centre. The bar prices are reasonable in comparison to the rest of Brugge. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and spacious. Shower was great. It's a very old building as expected but excellently maintain, with the building being that old the rooms are in a bizarre layout, to get to our room (093) it was...

"Beautiful hotel with intricate interior throughout which is a wonderful setting to base a stay in Bruges. The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome. We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and high quality fresh ingredients from yoghurt, fruits, granola, breads and pastries, eggs...
