"This hotel is in a great location and not far from the BTS (Train Station). There is a 7-11 store directly across the street from this hotel, and several other restaurants and massage places not too far. The restaurant food downstairs is really good and have a nice selection of pastries and food. Overall, the hotel staff was very helpful, and provided us GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. "Our stay at Aira Hotel Bangkok unfortunately wasn’t our favorite. We were placed in a corner room that felt very congested, and the hotel had two beds pushed together to create a makeshift king, which was a bit odd and uncomfortable. The overall condition of the property was just okay. The rooftop bar is nice, but the drinks were extremely expensive, and the elevators often took a long time to arrive. I also didn’t love the location. It felt far from places like MBK Mall and about a mile from Terminal 21, and the surrounding area had a lot of dingy bars. We actually ended up moving to a different hotel in the area for our last two nights in Bangkok and had a much better experience."

"We stayed here during our last 5 nights in Bangkok. We checked a lot of reviews before booking and we agree with those reviews. This Hotel gives a feel like your in a 5 star. Libby is grande. Staff was very helpful always. Even though we checked in very early by the end of checking in a room was read so they gave us rhe key and even brought our bags up for us. Room was spacious and clean. Staff cleaned the room everyday. Pool was amazing. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the pool cocktails and food. Cocktails tasted water downed or just standard amount of alcohol. And the 2 food items we order, one we had to send back and the other was small portioned and not very tasty or impressive. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It's a bit walk to main road but they do have a tuk tuk free service to take you there. From the main road not a far walk to BTS or MRT or Asok and a nice night food market. Great value over all for the price we paid."
