We love this hotel! The train is right outside, but you can easily walk to shop or eat. The breakfast buffet is incredible

The Hyatt is well located with direct access to BTS and not far from Terminal 21 shopping. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The club room was worth the extra money.

Perfectly located property in the middle of Bangkok within close walking distance of Terminal 21 mall. Very satisfying breakfast buffet and the rooms are both spacious and extremely comfortable. Excellent hotel.

Really good experience, the staff was courteous and accommodating...we asked for an early check in at 9am and they had one ready. The location is great too and amenities are good too.
