"I almost didn’t get in due to I cant present a physical ID, they wont even let me give a soft copy of my ID. This requirement is not posted on Hotels.com Also a £50 deposit is required. A promise of a 24H refund for the deposit but never happened."

"The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was helpful, including holding our luggage til check in time so we could enjoy our day unencumbered. Our breakfast options were plentiful and food was very good. The casual restaurant was very good too!"
