"The location in front of the beach is very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the hotel is dated. There was a water leak above the entrance to our room and the carpet was wet and musty and every time we went into the room we would be dripped on. I was surprised we were given the room despite booking from overseas a couple of months before."

The highlight was the breakfast. The French press coffee was delicious; choice of fresh fruit was extensive. The eggs and toast were cooked to perfection. There was plenty of on street parking available and their location is an easy walk to downtown and the harbor. Highly recommend for either solo travelers or couples looking for a cozy location to stay while exploring Cornwall."
