"The twin room with shared bathroom was on a very noisy main road with traffic lights outside, and the window did not shut fully. We didn't realise on booking that the room was not ensuite. The beds were very springy. This was fine for one night only and only five minutes from the heliport."

"The location in front of the beach is very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the hotel is dated. There was a water leak above the entrance to our room and the carpet was wet and musty and every time we went into the room we would be dripped on. I was surprised we were given the room despite booking from overseas a couple of months before."

"Just loved my stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and very accommodating. The room was located on the first floor, which was great, was spotless and very comfortable. The highlight was the breakfast. The French press coffee was delicious; choice of fresh fruit was extensive. The eggs and toast were cooked to perfection. There was plenty of on street parking available and their location is an easy walk to downtown and the harbor. Highly recommend for either solo travelers or couples looking for a cozy location to stay while exploring Cornwall."
