"Staff were welcoming and helpful, it was my sons birthday, they had put some ballons and 2 cakes in the room, a really nice and warm touch. Hotel is in a nice and quiet area, set back from road and with the lovely Battesea Park right opposite, yet its only a 6 minute walk to Battersea Power Station and the Underground which is only 6 stops to the West End. Nice pool and sauna too. "

"This was a great location, central to everything and close to the Borough Market (if you a foodie must go!). Across the street is M&S Simply Food (convenience store), lots of coffee and food options, and easy access to public transportation. Accommodation was clean, friendly staff, easy check-in and out. Overall would highly recommend! "

"We loved staying at this location. Everybody on staff was nice and accommodating. The rooms were nicely updated and clean. When we checked in, it was pretty late and were worried about dining options. Lucky for us, the bar/restaurant area was still open. For late night, they offer pizza - which saved us! We loved the proximity to Borough Market - just a few minutes of walking away."

"The hotel exceeded all expectations. We arrived and our room was not quite ready. The check in staff offered us a voucher for two glasses of champagne while we waited; they then come to find us to tell us the room was ready and they had upgraded us. We had a lovely room with a nice view. On the way back after dinner we stopped at 12th knot for a couple of cocktails and enjoyed the atmosphere and great view over St Paul’s. Our room was on the 9th floor, not the biggest room we have ever stayed at, but a good size, with a nice bathroom and decent amenities. My only comment is that it would be nice if there was a mirror by the desk so that it can be used as a dresser. The bed was comfortable and the hotel quiet, no slamming doors through the night like in other hotels. A very enjoyable stay. "

"Very good location, right next to London eye and Big Ben, walking distance to Buckingham palace and many other landmarks. Their breakfast buffet has a decent variety to start your day. Room was clean and the staff was very helpful and polite."
