"My time-share is always in job condition the front desk staff, Monica of Member Services and the pool staff (Emilio, Gabino and Chema) take care of all of our needs. They keep the building looking great, the vegetation, the DJ at the in-door bar and the live music at 12 Tribes are always a treat. They assign the same housekeeper for the week. This is a smart idea. Betzaida kept our 2 bedroom apartment emmaculate. She even made towel toys for my grandson."

"The staff was excellent, courteous, attentive, respectful and always willing to help. The concierge service was so helpful in booking reservations or for anything we needed. We loved the turn down service and the spa. The dj at the pool kept a fun, young vibe and eating or drinking around the pool was easy. Drinks were okay- nothing special and light on alcohol. Property was always clean, complementary breakfast was great and we ordered to our room in the morning so we could take pur time....

"What made this vacation special at the Riu Palace Los Cabos is the staff. We delt with different staff from house keeping, servers and workers, we can't express enough the efforts and dedications that everyone we showed during our visit. The layout of the facility and options are many but the staff workers acted above and beyond. We finally found our spot for our regular getaway. "

"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was ill while their and they arranged for a in-room visit by local doctors and then followed up repeatedly in the days afterward to see how I was feeling and ask if I needed anything. They could not have been more thoughtful and caring. The property is also fantastic and the food was excellent."

"Best part is the view from the Villas. The facility is dated and needs a refresh. The check in staff and operators were marginally helpful. Dining options at Montechrsito are limited. You must go to other properties for options. You cannot Uber to or from your Villa as Uber is not allowed on property. You have to take a $20 cab ride one mile to the front gate then wait in Uber. "
