"This hotel is great. The location is amazing (by the beach, close to the downtown area). The swimming pools (along with the one from the next door hotel accessible) are great. The food options (different restaurants to choose from) are really nice as well. The staff was really nice and helpful, but i have to say that the restaurant staff were not super friendly. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of communication from the staff by email. I tried to get info about transportation before arriving, and I also tried to retrieve a lost item after i departed. I emailed them several times and received no answer whatsoever. "

"We really enjoyed this resort. It was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. The food and drinks were good. My husband and myself enjoyed a body scrub and massage at the spa which was heavenly. They have a very nice workout facility, which we used. And lastly, what I loved most is the rooms, restaurants and pools all have an ocean view. Plus this is resort is walking distance to downtown Cabo. "
