"I Paid for the upgraded ocean view king room. Had to wait till 3pm to get a room initially. They threw two full beds together until the following day then wanted me to checkout for 4 hours with all my belongings and wait to get a king that I should have been in day one of the trip. Never got my King room that I paid extra for."

"The doorknob to our front door came off and the hot water knob also came off. We made them work to avoid having workers in our space. The pluses of this place: location and price. Drawback: you get what you pay for. If you don’t mind dated rooms that may or may not have broken parts, go for it. The pool and hot tub are nice and if you want, you can pay for a day at the neighboring property."
